Sandy Point Village Hotel

Tobago Wedding Venue Sandy Point Village Hotel

Tobago Wedding Venue Sandy Point Village Hotel

Sandy point village hotel located in Crown point can host wedding receptions for up to 200 guests in a delightful open, two tier restaurant, which has beautiful views out over Store Bay to the palm lined beach of Pigeon point. Offering 3 course wedding menus starting  from TT$250 and reasonable bar prices (by the bottle) Sandy point village is one of the more affordable hotel venues on the Island for larger weddings and almost a must choice for small wedding groups or couples seeking a budget hotel wedding in Tobago.

As one of the few hotels or restaurants in Tobago that under normal circumstances would not charge an additional reservation fee or wedding fee Sandy point village really stands out for excellent value. For both morning ceremonies with luncheon and evening affairs with late night party (festivities may go on until around midnight in the restaurant or much later using 'The Deep' Lounge) Sandy point village equally stands out for wedding options.

Ceremony wise again Sandy point village can boast of options including Seaside lawn complete with open gazebo, a shared rustic jetty with a small thatched hut, extensive private lawns, and not one, but two swimming pools. You really are spoiled for choice, Sandy point village proving an excellent location for wedding ceremonies for just couples, up to 200 guests, and everything in between. Ceremony costs will depend on what you desire

Quality of food and service is always important and here owners Troy & Reina really come through. We have held several weddings here ourselves and all couples have highly praised the quality and selections of cuisine, friendly service from waiting staff, receptions and room services, and above all the approachability and helpfulness of the owners. All catering and bar services would be supplied by Sandy point (you would not be permitted to bring your own food or drinks - just so we are clear) however our couples have found the final bill to be a pleasing one, and compared to a catered villa wedding for example, where you would have the additional cost of rental chairs, tables, flatware, dinnerware & glassware on top of catering costs, Sandy point village really is budget friendly and far less stressful on you as the bride & groom.

One of the great advantages of locations like Sandy point village is the ambiance already available. One can spend large sums having to decorate halls and similar venues, while the beauty of the Steak & Grill restaurant with it's open view out over the Caribbean Sea really requires little addition if any. Of course you are welcome to dress the restaurant up, but can equally add a simple table centerpiece and nothing more.

Affordable accommodation offered with double occupancy rooms from around TT$480 and two bedroom suit's starting from TT$600 Sandy point village is one of the more affordable hotels in Tobago, some rooms even come complete with small kitchenette. These excellent room rates are certain to appeal to a wide selection of wedding guests not just for the wedding but vacationing at any time. It may be possible to obtain group discounts with multiple bookings but at the discretion of the owners and highly unlikely during popular periods such as the Christmas to New Year period, carnival and popular holiday periods, but that is fair to say of all Tobago accommodation.
